All items purchased from TUFF1.COM are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

TUFF1 and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, TUFF1 does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by TUFF1 itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return within 30 days (with the purchase reciept) for your money back or, if after 30 days, return it for a replacement (less shipping and handling).

If, following proper installation and usage of your TUFF1 grip, it fails at any time to live up to the punishing demands that your firearm places upon it, simply return it to the address below and include your name, address, and phone number, and we will provide a replacement. (Shipping and Handling will be charged).
