FREE SHIPPING - TUFF1 makes every effort to ship product(s) within 1 business day from the placement of the order. This is governed by the acceptance and authorization of your credit card payment. Once we receive payment confirmation, we package and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Return and Refund

TUFF1 will refund your online purchase (less shipping and handling) if you return the product within 30 days of the order date.
All returns for refund must be in original package and include the invoice for a full refund to be issued.
Please include your name, address and order number with the return.

Your satisfaction with your TUFF1 grip cover is our priority. If, following proper installation and usage of your TUFF1 grip cover, it fails at any time to live up to the punishing demands that your firearm places upon it, simply return it to the address below and include your name, address, and phone number, and we will provide a replacement grip cover. (Shipping and Handling will be charged). There are additional charges for special order/one-of-a-kind products that involve unique designs etc.
